It is but IN is wise to know and understand that is necessary to crawl and walk first before you can run. N-LCA was the crawling stage. TEDBF is the walking part. The stealthy part is the running part. We have to master the design & engineering processes for a fighter that is capable of withstanding the stresses of landing and taking off in STOBAR configuration as well as in CATOBAR configuration.

Navy is too smart to understand that operational cost of a stealth fighter would be too much to handle. Even if we come up with a complete stealth design, navy would not order it unless and untill they are sitting on a billion dollar OPEX.
