I am not able to find 127 mm gun and 30 mm Naval Surface Gun in the list.

Also, why they want a beam riding VSHORADS?

Ok, so some of them are proposals offered from the industry and if the forces like it they can take them further, if you see the specs of laser based manpads, it's rigged for starstreak and guess what who is going to make that in india, remember starstreak shown by BDL. So most like forwarded proposal by BDL.
Imo we already got drdo vshorads in mistral class version so no need of this starstreak. IA should ask industries or drdo for shoulder launched manpads and induct drdo vshorads in large numbers obviously, I see a lot of utility for such a system in mountains.

I guess so as its possible but don't they operate in a different bands in general with VLRs in meter or decimeter? Previously I mentioned volga but recent is vorenezh pm with over 10k range.....swordfish seems to be in cm?

Swordfish bandwidth is in 1.5 to 3 decimeter.

Vlsrsam is 3.9 m long vs camm 4.2 m long , vlsrsam diameter is 178mm vs 190 mm of camm er , still it is 4kg heavier than camm er ?? How ? Are we making a much more dense solid motor casing

A year ago managed to figure out that K15 booster uses JVC which AFAIK was not known publicly, what was speculated was the use of hot gas injected into exhaust to created deflection

IMO, there is no separate booster on VL-SRSAM.
