I am surprised our Money Guzling Genrols and Babus are doing the same..When war comes they will go for emergecy procurement wasting lots of Indian forex Reserves..

1st pic is coal etc carrying wagon , only thing special purpose about it is the sides can be hydraulically lifted ( opened ) to discharge it's cargo
