BEML has just showcased it. No idea as of now for what it would be used. But it's a Heavy Duty High Mobility truck.
But looking at its configuration, it seems to be a TEL.

Makes a lot of sense to make an armoured cabin for ATAGS and mount it on the rear of this.

As Rustom is undergoing development, bringing in Israeli help to arm and equip it is most logical step rather then working from level 0.
