He might've said that after CCS approval normally it takes 4 years to rollout had drdo not done some work using it's own fund from 2022 it would've taken 4 years Ie. 2026 to rollout
But it did work using it's own fund so 2024 is the rollout

In Turkey's case
that before the end of this year, system functionality review (SFR) and system requirements review (SRR) will be completed. With that, PDR will come to an end. The program will be in the stage of initial roll-out next year(which most likely will be delayed)in March with engines fitted and working.
After the aircraft rolls out of hangar under it’s own power in March 2023, critical design review (CDR) activities will be started in 2024

SAAW is 125kg with 100km glide. Pretty good imo for loitering and taking out strategic targets.
