1) Its a still from video, the missile ended up stuck super close to flag (1-2 meters). Didnt have warhead, just stuck to ground on impact.
2)That fire you see during launch is from booster, which releases smoke. In cruise phase, bramhos uses ramjet engines, very clean burn and no visible smoke. For example, you can check the video of nirbhay shot from Jaguar/Su30MKI (dont remember which one it was).
