I think so HAL has already ordered the engines which will be used as powerplant in our projects like Tejas Mk1a, AMCA ,Tejas MK-2 etc well in advance from USA. I had Read it somewhere.

for lca - yes but no spares and 99 mk2 engine. amca - none. also usa can stop sale any time, means currently 40 plus lca and some mwf lsp/prototype. I don't usa not going to cancel the deal, and more usa engine in future.
