Not everything can be achieved with limited r&d and jugaad like Indians believe..China has spent billions of dollars in engine r&d even after years of stealing tech and luring foreign scientists with huge money.India doesn't want to do any of these, result is before us. Look at their hunger to achieve something, they almost link these tech breakthroughs with national pride, and look at our lethargy and red tapism to spend money in these important projects.

C 17 cargo/transport aircraft and p8 buggy surveillance aircraft, during this time indian enemies acquired new and upgraded war fighting machines. IAF can do some jobs of IA, thks to C17 and IN still considering mmpa. IAF still using il76, mi26 and russian engine for lca under consideration.

Drones are in the negative import list, and tbh it isn’t something that isn’t manufactured in India by domestic firms. Might be possible that the tender’s winner is DJI and the tender will now be cancelled or maybe the whole news is planted by AD to again troll Text-to-Speech “you know who” YouTuber once again.

Tender is real , army has operated these drones in past as per AD , rest he knows better
