No really. The only difference is India receives much less attention from media:India is much more moralistic.
Unlike civilian technologies, cutting-edge military technologies generally require high-end technologies bases to support. Only getting a blue map or sample doesn't help a lot, the materials, processing machine, etc, are the main obstacles. The issues require time and money to solve. For example, it took Chinese 20 years to indigenize the UK jet engine purchased in 1980s even they purchased all the blue prints and tech documents. And probably there is not even one case where our intelligence agencies have successfully conducted scientific espionage. No Indian hacker has infiltrated and stolen classified scientific information from global companies in key areas like aeroengines, atomic energy and other defence fields.

Yet another piece of chinese nonsense. India gets enough media attention; the issue is that India does not get involved in state sponsored intellectual property theft unlike chongs. Murica's anger is beacuse of cases like these,No really. The only difference is India receives much less attention from media:

The problem with India is: She doesn't have that kind of industrial basis and she has no determination & money to build one in 20 years.
Unless the army is planning to put that on a uav, whats the purpose of showing it to them. They should be shown say something like excalibur. That might have been displayed I am talking about this particular picture only.hsld in pic
