3 year for a proper carrier version but not for an airforce version. Super Hornet was also exclusively carrier based but turning into an airforce version wasn't that hard for Boeing, same it won't be that hard for Shenyang also.

So u think china will invest in development of a airforce version which they don't want themselves ,but paki wants with their own funds so porks can buy it . Never happened in past

It's not a secret buddy. China won't export J20 but they have in many instances said that they will sell a export version of J31 which will compete F35 sales. And arming pakis with 5th gen is in their interest. They are taking a lot of money from pakis in the name of project AZM.

Pork will have 5 th gen before us for sure ,but number are curtailed ,bas their economy don't allow , and worse time is yet to come for Pakistan

Cost of maintaining just one 5th Gen Fighter Squadron will make them shit their pants. Definitely no joyrides. But I seriously doubt if would even exist by 2027-28.

The best they can do right now is order 1-2 more squadrons of J-10C.

Then amca IWB might carry 6 astra mk2 if they're placed in zig zag configuration

Body is quite similar to mk1 which is 178 mm compared to 180mm of Amraam . Mk1 is a bit longer

We fired 1000's of 120mm mortar rounds during Kargil with almost negligible impact on the enemy.

Regardless of how fancy the delivery system gets, the impact can be negated unless it lands within very close proximity. There too, most people survive and only few die of fatal injuries.

I haven't noticed it earlier @Vamsi , this December test involved folded fins being tested , that's why we didn't saw its ejection properly , compared to earlier tests .

If a aesa based seeker is introduced , then it's surely better than camm er on paper .

In battle field

And due to our poor war planning of 2 decades

There Technological advances overcompensate there military experience short coming

And technology is great asset in war
Specifically drone and Artillery
