30% of world reserve is in India. KMML plant is the only plant in world which could undertake various activities of manufacturing aerospace grade Titanium sponge under one roof.

and there was another tender to supply KV wings which is made of titanium.

Why would you require wings and fins when you have to operate outside atmosphre? It may be for a SAM or AAM. Or may be an endospheric interceptor.

Yes but it doesn't carry warhead then what is the use of KV in above missiles if they are operating within Atmosphere.
