It's the name because two variants are under development.

OFB made 7.62x39mm round has a muzzle velocity of just 670 m·s⁻¹ lol.
Ideally it should be 715 m·s⁻¹

So I don’t know what to say. OFB one’s Muzzle energy is 1750 Joules and Muzzle energy usually should be around 2000 Joules.

Such low quality trash being sold and Army doesn’t even care due to their chalta hai attitude.
