Unmanned boats probably yes, VTOL drones..... depends on the deck space available and the dimensions of the drone.

I mean launched by submarine travelling as a submarine for some kilometres and then emerging and going as a missile

Why Gaurav and Garuthma which are dedicated guided bomb(not an add on kit) being developed unlike PGHSLD add on kit for bombs, just remove SAL seeker from it, would be cheaper right?? both have winged and non-winged version. Doesn't makes sense?? What's the reason behind making 2 systems rather than a singular modular family like AASM less rocket booster.

LCH doesn't have enough Sodium in its airframe that's why Army is hesitate to large scale order. And HAL is waiting for large scale order for incorporating Weapons.
