its a make 2 program, so indian companies were supposed to tie up with foreign OEM. Even Russia is considering to equip it's entire bmp3 feet with cannon.

The recently upgraded Bmp2 s ordered from ofb medhak have just night sights with only 350 hp.
Jacking. BMP2 with 500hp and more modular armour will make bmp a best :cool1:

Y'all have a doubt. Is it feasible for the 57mm cannon.
This the new Russian SPAAG and the au220m is a simplified version of this turret.

However this only carries 148 rounds. I guess it won't have a problem since it will be backed by replenishment.

Is it logic to go for 57mm since troop/crew will take much of the space and won't that affect ammo quantity for firepower?? And being deployed at forefront how will it affect the formations?? @Bleh

Can anyone tell me?

Sir, bmp has almost become obsolete. Ficv is future.

However with this bmp can hold along for quite an amount of time since neither do Chinese have this kind of modular armor/protection for infantry fighting vehicles. Let alone pakis
Time is there for ficv

Seriously need to jack up the engine to 500hp and put mooore armor

Is this antenna only for active i.e, meaning only for user gor detecting targets like aesa or cud also be used for passive absorption of enemy radar waves??

I am pretty much interested in the Drone launched 1 Kg bomb and 1Km Missile. A 1000 Swarming Drones with 1 Kg bomb is enough to destroy an entire Battalion. Swarm drones with 1Km ATGM can wipe out entire Tanks of enemies , in Himalayan region it's even very difficult for tanks to manuver.
