I didn't know this before but it appears that Newspace & HAL also plan a HALE UCAV as part of CATS program , this is not the CATS HAPS project. It looks like the MQ 20 Avenger.

Nibbiar it's now not in planning stage but at prototype stage and they pulled off CATS infinity/pseudo sattelite.

Yes not surprising during AI 21 someone said that 2 components of CATS programs are not yet unveiled yet

Cats infinity has flown,1/3 of the full scaled cats warrior is in prototype stage,cats alpha s was stuck at seeker problem

During interview with Delhi Defence Review Harsh Vardhan Thakur told that there are different variants of HAL/Newspace UCAV.

Most probably that's a Kiran Trainer which they are trying to convert into Unmanned Aircraft with AI Pilot .

Why to compare both?
End result is both are working hard for India,ADE has gained some great success lately on the ucav program
