Sir, in official statement, it saying Targets instead of target, could be MIRVed...Or can we compare other statements with this....For clarification...An interesting fact.
The splash zone for yesterday test covered an area of 506,869 sq km which is equivalent to 57% of total Pak area including Pok. Now if we have tested MIRV, Pakis should better be worried.

from the video cant understand whether it was canisterised or not, although the initial slow launch could be because of being canisterised but am not sure. if anyone can shed some light please do soReveals quite a lot of info about the missile like 50 second burn time for first stage.
