Most Probably a Small Scale prototype of OTH Radar . This one can track various sea targets within 100m accuracy. Range depends , other parameters also depends on the Frequency using . If we using it as ground wave Radar it may get more than 400Km range , If we using it as Skywave radar then 1000 to more than 4000 Km can be achieved . But not sure about which system it is. Both Receiving and transmitting arrays are present in the prototype so I guess it is a OTH Radar Prototype

The Myth of Atmanirbhar Bharat in Defence Manufacturing

The private sector must play a greater role if India's quest for self-reliance is to be achieved soon.

‘Corporatisation’ was listed as one of the 167 transformational ideas to be implemented in the first 100 days after coming to power in the NDA’s manifesto for the 2019 general elections.

The delay in announcing the corporatising of 41 ordnance factories is understandable, given its antiquity and the powerful and entrenched unions that they have with 81,500 employees.

India’s military industry capability shows a sorry picture and the private sector is still not being treated as a partner in India’s quest for higher self-reliance.
The much-hyped indigenous Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) is powered by a GE 404 engine from the US, while the radar is sourced from ELTA, Israel. The Kaveri engine development by the Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE) has been an unmitigated disaster. The Main Battle Tank (MBT), the showpiece indigenous tank, is powered by German MTU engines. Despite the significant hike in FDI, the inflow has only been $300 million from April to September 2020. This is largely due to the number of caveats for allowing 76% FDI.

The time to shed flab and inefficiency in defence PSUs and ordnance factories has come, rather than gloat over the corporatisation of the OFB.

ISROs Multi objetctracking radar can track 10 , 0.25M2 Targets at 1000Km

ISROs Mobile MOTR which can track 10, 0.25m2 targets simultenously at 240km away .

both are pretty good candiadtes for miltary anti stealth radar. may be we already have anti stealth radar derives from these two radars , and DRDO is developing multi static radars for detecting stealth targets , anti stealth radars in multi static radar configuration is pretty much effective against stealth aircrafts .

Isn't MOTR L band? And isn't Anti-Stealth radar usually one with wavelength in the meter range? :confused1:

india-among-select-few-countries-developing-hypersonic-missiles-us-congressional-report

India has collaborated with Russia on the development of BrahMos II, a Mach 7 hypersonic cruise missile, the CRS report said.
"Reportedly, India is also developing an indigenous, dual-capable hypersonic cruise missile as part of its Hypersonic Technology Demonstrator Vehicle programme and successfully tested a Mach 6 scramjet in June 2019 and September 2020," the CRS said.

India operates approximately 12 hypersonic wind tunnels and is capable of testing speeds of up to Mach 13, said the Congressional report which is prepared by independent subject area experts for members of the US Congress.

The Wire...........

Why I am not surprised?
Yesterday came across a article by the same pinnacle of hypocrisy regarding how Chinese are helping us to resolve border issue in LAC by transgression.

How much more Chinese pee these good for nothing Junkerlist could consume?
