Or you can tell us how many times R-1 flied in such a scene?Don't fall for any Chinese nincompoop logic here. The person was giving the logic that Byraktar crashes occurred in real war scenario and asking me how many R-1 crashed in such a scene. All this while leaving aside the fact that R-1 completed 65 tests flights.
And why are you bring up 65 tests flights, are you suggesting that Turkey drone didn't do test flight?
Interesting fact here. Turkish Byraktar drones are getting shot at by SA-18 which has the maximum flight altitude of 11500 feet. It just bring the fact out that either the surveillance payload it was carrying is not upto the level, or it can't sustain the flight altitude of 27000 feet as advertised.
But hey, Turkey is drone super power.
Funny, 27000 feet is the service ceiling, 18000 feet is the operational flight altitude, doesn't mean the drone always fly at these altitudes. The actual flight altitude in each mission will be decided by not only the weapons and detect equipment, but also the battle field environment.
