What is the use of RF antenna here and how they will maintain data link over large distance.
IMO in use when it is launched from UAV

If part of mother missile payload i dont know exactly , maybe off board updates from aerial assets nearby or final update from mother missile itself post release . Can't say for sure

Boost to ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ in defence

MoD signs Rs 1,350 crore contract for Integrated Anti-Submarine Warfare Defence Suites with an Indian company

· Contract for procurement of 14 Integrated Anti-Submarine Warfare Defence Suites at the cost of Rs 1,349.95 crore
· Contract under ‘Buy and Make (Indian)’ category boost ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ mission
· System will enhance anti-submarine warfare capability of Navy

Ministry of Defence (MoD) has concluded a contract with Mahindra Defence Systems Limited for procurement of 14 Integrated Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Defence Suites (IADS) at a cost of Rs 1,349.95 crore in New Delhi on August 27, 2021. The contract with an Indian firm under the ‘Buy and Make (Indian)’ category of defence procurement is an important boost to India’s ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ mission and provides a major fillip to indigenous defence industry in technology development and production. The system will enhance anti-submarine warfare capability of Indian Navy.

The IADS comes with an integrated capability for detecting enemy submarines and torpedoes at extended ranges as well as diverting incoming torpedoes fired by enemy submarines.
The MoD has continued to demonstrate its resolve to augment the ‘Make in India’ initiative of the Government and the resolve of the country to become ‘Atmanirbhar’ in advance technologies with induction of multiple equipment through home-grown defence industry.

BDL using AI to develop weapons | Hyderabad News - Times of India


Hyderabad: Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a defence public sector undertaking, has started developing products for the armed forces using artificial intelligence (AI) with active participation of start-ups.
The parliamentary standing committee on defence led by chairman Jual Oram visited BDL here on Friday for a study on ‘modernisation of defence PSUs’.
