BEML-Tatra 6x6 FAT, don’t know if it ever went into production
(None of the pics belong to me, credit to the respective owners)
Haven't seen the tatra one ever but the LPTA 6x6 and AL FAT are widely in use, the former being the mainstay

LPTA 6x6 in use right now isn’t used as a FAT, it’s being used in the High Mobility Vehicle configuration as of now . AL FAT(newer version) and LPTA 2038 are among the candidates for the IAs new RFI. AL FAT is being used with new OFB upgraded 155mm M46 ,Bofors and Dhanush. So far during Republic Day parades and testing ATAGS has also used AL FAT.

I have seen both LPTA FATs and HMVs along with AL FATs in huge numbers here at CVD, Delhi Cantt. It's been half a decade since the first consignments came and whenever I pass through there at least 50-odd FATs,HMVs are there, waiting to be shipped to their respective units.

You may be correct, the new IN and ICG ALH MK3s too have GAU 21 50 cal HMGs. Maybe due to Elbits TOT is how OFB is now offering M2 brownings?
Browning M2 is about 90+ years old design, even older than Kalashnikov, and everything regarding it is already open source from dimensions to internal design to metallurgical info,
yet if OFB wallahs need ToT for that MG from Elbit then... 🤷‍♂️ what to say...they already were manufacturing NSV which is lighter than M2 but has more parts and mechanically more complex design, so it's not that they lack experience in manufacturing a heavy calibre machine gun.

Another doubt I have is when the gun in an RCWS jams or malfunctions, how is it cleared? Does one manually need to go up and clear it?
And I’m unfamiliar as to how these guns are reloaded?
Could someone please explain? Thanks in advance.
well some RCWS does have a 'puller' mechanism to actuate charging handles etc so if it is a simple jam that can be resolved by pulling charging handles once-twice or so then yeah,
but if it is much severe jam that might require disassembly or working with internals then slim chances-you may very well need a human operator,

same goes for reloading in case of belt-fed mechanisms, whole part of opening top covers-inserting new link in position-closing-cocking is just too much for machines - you might need a human operator for that, this is why in general these RCWS are given at least 100+ some rounds for longer bursts, also consider barrel heating up factor and so...so yeah...
in many cases they are provided with "spring motor drives" for providing constant push to link belts+ammo (in some cases directly ammo can be fed into machine guns using same thing) but it also makes it bulkier. It is like using a big spring pushed magazine that provides feeding to machine guns, you must've seen pictures of it, if not...

larger versions of same also exist for bigger machine guns

Edit - from a simple google search i was able to find one patent for these sorta feeding systems,
1956 era one

Remotely operated , Few systems may have autonomous capabilities, all other systems are manual , if it jammed operator can do it manually . With the current advancements a completely autonmous system is not hard thing

It's sad to see that even rcws has to be license produced and the handing over ceremony has to be like a wedding buffe.

On another note reading Sameer Joshi sir's tweet, looks like our swarm is operational or about to.
There would be three variants of swarm uavs
One which has no wings, already inducted
One which have fixed wing with wheels
One which would be air launched which would have folded wings and no wheels(CATS) would be inducted

Now 1st is inducted,2nd would be inducted in future is to be decided.
