Not really a force multiplier in terms of China considering 45 km range but good upgrade from an optimization point of view in the life cycle of existing equipment. Its good that we are finally looking more logical

But state CM and central Minister are tweeting saying it's successful tested

Worse now it's claimed nuclear capable

3 possibilities

1.Nirbhay test was a failure.
2.Something else was tested which DRDO doesn't want to reveal(but NOTAM was clearly of Nirbhay,what else it could be)
3.They would test more Nirbhay and combined press release.

Politicians don't tweet from their phone personally it's basically social media team which handles all their different accounts in various app and post on behalf of them . Sure some PRO guy jumped gun in Odisha

think we missed another possibility...there was no test and a bunch of politicians tweeted after hearing/reading from that local media outlet

That means no Nirbhay(atleast for now)

Its probably issues so that if planned test window is not met then you have a fallback date and still in issued NOTAM
