Zmotion startup was the winner of idex competition and AFAIK was selected by IAF to develop autonomous drone systems .

Some requirements of the multi drone launch system :

1. Modular payload avionics warhead
2. Vehicle mounted multi system launch
3. Ability to search and destroy radar emitters
4. Reusable
5. Low RCS
6. 50 km range
7. Autonomous operation
8. Multiband communication detection and localisation

Etc

Bro it is being claimed that ghatak ucav will have fluidic thrust vectoring but how is this possible since ghatak is having flight control surfaces afaik fluidic thrust vectoring eliminates the need of flight control surfaces. @porky_kicker

Both techniques can be used in conjunction. Looking at Ghatak's design, it will most likely have a 1D fluidic TVC about the yaw axis. That is required due to lack of rudder in Ghatak. The Pitch and Roll axes control will be done using traditional control surfaces.

Then there is aircraft delivered AlphaS swarming drone from

Newspace

Large numbers of these can be carried in carrier pods underslung from fighter aircrafts.

The drone have EO seeker and intent is to employ AI based networking to coordinate amongst themselves in swarm mode ( fully autonomous - self aware )

This is another drone from NewSpace , it requires a runway for launch. This should also be capable of swarm mode.

They are also working on a very long range very high endurance stratospheric UAV for surveillance.

It means that extensive research have to be carried to incorporate it in fighter jet. Well it's a good sign afaik no flying wing aircraft in this world have such TVC.

All these was already posted by me in this thread long ago .

And another thing as far as I know the drones army demonstrated are not perse swarming drones . It depends on how one interprets swarm capability. For me it was a proof of concept which needs further iteration both in terms of capabilities and incorporation of drones designed specifically for military grade applications.

For me swarm capability means completely autonomous , self aware , totally independent , ability to take own decision , inter-networked . Swarm drones don't generally follow predictable behaviour since they take decisions by themselves within the pre-programmed behavioural restrictions and set parameters. How they do it can be unpredictable based on the AI capability, ie adapt and evolve as long as they do the job - destroy/locate/search the target(s).

Sometimes many people think swarm simply means lot of drones operating together.

Ok goodbye

As far as I know, these are not ground launched drones, but same air launched variant.
Only difference is, they are for surveillance and communication purpose. The wheels present are to enable them to land off after any such mission.

France is offering us another 36 Rafales in F4 tranche and 6 A330 mrt aerial refuelling acs as part of a combo package for 5 billion Euros.

https://air-cosmos.com/article/rafa...m_medium=Sociallymap&utm_campaign=Sociallymap

There's a good chance that we may accept this offer or link the 6 MRTT to the bigger 114 MRCA ac tender. OR, the 114 MRCA tender may be scrapped and another 54 Rafales bought instead alongwith 54 Su-57MKI and some more Tejas mk1A.
