Yep, that concept of radar deception India hasn't really tapped into yet (officially atleast).More interested in its rcs mimicking capabilities.

Actually it's a huge shock to Russian dalals who were expecting more mig29 k infact they even sabotaged the IAC 1 lifts. The Grey Eagle had explicitly stated that
Indian Navy , HAL and ADA are jointly working together on the Two Engine Deck Based Fighter (TEDBF). And in his opinion, the indigenous TEDBF is likely to be the future of Indian Naval Aviation.

So we have the Navy backing TEDBF to the hilt.
6th gen fighters will come with that package of swarm drones based on mission, DRDO already working on it.Yep, that concept of radar deception India hasn't really tapped into yet (officially atleast).

I don't understand the point of this sort of "testing". Its accuracy has already been proven... if you launch, it will hit!Brahmos has left a big gaping hole in the stern portion of hull of this Godavari class .
For ships with higher displacement, Brahmos may not sink the ship with a single hit, but it will surely be a mission kill.

I had always wanted to see a Brahmos hitting a maneuvering mobile target .I don't understand the point of this sort of "testing". It's accuracy has been prove... if you launch, it will hit!
Why not try shooting out down to before reaching target. That way we'll know what both Brahmos & Barak8 will actually perform in real action.
Yes, that too.I had always wanted to see a Brahmos hitting a maneuvering mobile target .
Like the ship is zig zagging and Brahmos hits it right at the centre.
I have the same thought ...why don't India test barack8 agnaist brahmos....then only we will know capability of brahmos and Barak 8..…I don't understand the point of this sort of "testing". It's accuracy has been prove... if you launch, it will hit!

Now imagine hitting a warship's magazine with brahmos around starboard.Brahmos has left a big gaping hole in the stern portion of hull of this Godavari class .

A close-up . There will be huge internal damage to the superstructure. The structural integrity of the hull is weakened . Several fires of severe intensities will be raging inside the hit portion of the ship.
