HELINA is IA specific
DHRUVASTRA is IAF specific ( DRDO labels it as a ASM -anti surface missile )
If a better schematic of DHRUVASTRA is available post it and I will show the differences.
In the new HELINA DRDO seems to have incorporated the proven NAG ATGM with a additional JVC . They have discarded the old HELINA design . Refer the pic I posted above.

Does it have collapsible stock, rails, quick change barrel, stable optics mounting, high belt capacity, light weight (around NG7 weight, max 8.5 kg) etc. Because if not, it is worthless in this day and age..
The CQB carbine should take AR 15 pattern mags (which means it has AR 15 mag release and magwell), have a good top rail, left side or ambidextrous charging handle, have bolt catch/release, ambidextrous safety selector, free floated quad rail, good flash hider, collapsible stock and good pistol grip.. And should weigh no more than 3.5 kg empty.

at least one Type 877EKM SSK (out of the eight remaining in service), one Scorpene SSK (out of four ), one Class 209/Type 1500 SSK (out of four) and perhaps the Project 971 Shchuka-A SSGN (INS Chakra) are at sea on patrol at any given time.

Hope many also remembered about the allocation of budget for mrsam iaf .......
