Just to get an idea, according to you how many years will India take to have a first flight of this bird and years for FOC?
If we are pursuing then Its good that private sector is also involved. May be we have planned to make similar like Tejas mark 1A; outsource and integrate.

If we can make Tejas MWF in time then I will have hope on this bird too.
If requirements are kept simple and full funding is there then 5 years or so for first flight , FOC another 4 years or so .

The engines are sitting on the upper wings , hidden from radars below

Those are fore wings not canards
The design may be in conceptual stage..and it's not looking like a pure bomber,it seems to be a high altitude interceptor type jet, bomber should be bigger than this..also the engine looks crazy to me for being attached in reversed direction..

If it had been DRDO/ADA/HAL/NAL , then it would have been confirmed info

I will not mention source , except it is indian source .

As I said let's take it with a pinch of salt and hope it comes true in the future .

Lack of a bomber in IAF / IN orbat is a serious handicap

Let's see what chinmoy says since he said there is some work on the same as per his sources.
The picture you posted looks less of a dedicated bomber and more like a proposed sixth generation fighter plane design. If not in official document, then it can be a artist image of a future aircraft in conceptual stage.

matsya.jpg

-MATSYA 6000, with a depth capability of 6000m. It is designed for carrying three persons with an operational endurance of 12 h & emergency endurance up to 72 h.

The design follows a traditional architecture with the objective to leverage the newest technologies to keep the submersible weight less than 20 tons.

The 6000m rated cabin is based on a 2.1m diameter titanium alloy personnel sphere, made of two halves welded together. Hydrodynamics are aimed at achieving ascent and descent rates of 30+ m/minute, allowing the submersible to reach full depth in three hours.

This kind of submersibles are almost equally challenging as Human spaceflight.

Conceptual model of Matsya 6000.
We should try to convert this into submersible rescue vehicle.

Indian Army's MRSAM
It is equipped with an advanced active radar RF seeker, advanced rotating phased array radar, and a bidirectional data link.
The phased array radar provides a high-quality air situation picture, while the bidirectional data link is used for relaying midcourse

guidance and target information to the missile.
The missile’s explosive warhead, featuring a self-destruct fuse, provides high-probability of kill against enemy targets with minimal collateral damage.

Cargo Launched Explosive Air Vehicle for Extended Range.

Not basically developed for C-130, but could be launched by any cargo plane. But people here think that bomber for us is a waste. 😏
If corgo planes can be converted into bombers than argument for bombers is weaker ? No?

Also if that new missile weights under 2.5 ton which I guess it will then our su30 can carry it and launch from extended ranges.

🔸Quick-release Custom and Integrated Body Armour (CIBA) body armour is at the centre of the sys, as cables for various devices are embedded within the vest.
