No

Multiple designated pre surveyed routes and launch points are allocated before hand.

Even than TELs for all agni series missile are certified for use in highways and off-road ( canisterised ones ).

And missiles are prepared before moving out to their launch locations at their storage locations , definitely not at their launch locations ( except for silo based missiles )

And canisterised missiles don't require any preparations at all except for automated pre launch tests which is mandatory before launch. Actually similar tests are done on a regular basis through BITE to maintain a state of readiness. It is part of protocols.
This strategy is vulnerable to counter attack , we need all weather roads and other Infra for swift movements . Especially in Himalayan region not much bridges are there which can support 50-70 tonnes

That's why there are decoys and silos . And camouflage. Plus Chinese don't have the bandwidth to attack all over India simultaneously . Also our slbm will still remain intact for second strike .

So basically attacking Indian nukes is fools errand.

L&T's Proposed conventionally powered Coastal Submarine.

These are a small, maneuverable sub with shallow draft well suited to navigation of coastal channels and harbors.

Coastal subs are larger than midget submarines, but smaller than sea-going submarines.

The Proposed system was equipped with high-precision navigation and surveillance systems for operation in littoral waters.
Surveillance missions while resting on the seabed.

People confuse because they assume Indian approach is same as the Russians . India doesn't have a large unhabitated landmass like russia where TELs can go running around and hide in the middle of nowhere .

Importantly TELs don't need to move around allover the place , there is especially no reason for TELs to move around or in proximity to the Himalayan regions.

Why should a ICBM be stationed that close. It is called an ICBM for a reason - range .

And if there is first strike or counter force strike than unless the TELs can move at the speed of light , they will not escape destruction. So " swift movement " doesn't matter here.

A TEL will launch its missile from its storage location if required.

Survivability of TELs primarily lies in evading detection from overhead sensors or humint etc. And (or) protection from first strikes inside hardened tunnels etc.

And I will not discuss what little I know regarding how our land based assets are deployed. It is suited for Indian conditions and doctrine plus there maybe few surprises which are not known publically . SFC conducts regular mock launch drills incase you didn't know.

AFAIK Indian land assets are 3 types

TEL
Rail
Silo

It is more profitable to build these small stuff for L&T rather than say a warship or a Sumabrine.
Those things need huge capital investment which they can't get without loans.
Taking loans will cause them to raise prices on theirs product to pay interest.
For them to build warship at competitive prices like the PSUs will need deacdes of investment in small sub system.

If gov could provide a low Interest loan to them then may be they can catch up.

L&T is a huge multinational . They can raise money from market at cheap rate. All they need is orders. Once you get a govt contract raising money is no problem .

L&T themselves have huge capital bandwidth.

Anyways, jokes aside, Indian OBC looks far more miniaturized & advanced. Majority of Porki Ballistic Missiles still stuck with vintage on-board Computers.

Why so serious?

I think these would be excellent for surveillance/ patrolling of Malacca Strait as waters in the strait is shallow.
They can be based at INS Baaz.
