USA Could use this bill to hand twist pakistan to ally pakistan with USA.

The point is USA got humiliated when Bin Laden was killed inside pakistan near the pak.mil complex..
So..US will stay out of the inner circle as its politically right for USA to do so as to keep the dignity whatever is left intact but still be close enough to pakistan by arm twisting them with this Bill.

Till its done..all these are chaff.

The US Congress has to pass a bill first before President Trump can clear it.
