Exemption needs to given, for actions against non-dharmics. other wise dharmics will only keep defending, and eventually keep loosing just like it has happened over the past 1000 years.

You must be talking about point 9 and point 39.

Then @ezsasa must be afraid of this.

jivas will be reincarnated after they exhaust their karmaphala in Swarg or Narak there. Reincarnation & existence of different lokas are a core tenet in Sanatan dharma. All large sampradayas adhere to this.

Take non-dharmics as Shishupal who had crossed all the limits of adharma, Shri Krishna beheaded him. So there is clear exemption 🙏☺

All the Pandavs went to Swarg, despite killing Pitamah Bheeshma and Duryodhan by Dharmetar. So if you're fighting for Dharma and killing those who are fighting for Adharma, you won't go to Narak. 📌

There is no concept of swarg and narak in sanathan dharma. Once a human dies their soul projected to any one layer between 2-7 as first layer is for animals. According to their karmic baggage, they either retake birth or attains Moksha.if you have less karmic baggage, you will retake birth to enjoy happy and prosperous life. The earth is called naraka and aligning with stars after moksha is swarg. Rest all is poison injected.

Speed of Light in Hindu scriptures- Speed of Light was well known in Ancient India, Acharya Sayana in his commentary on Rigveda 1.50.4 s Mentions It. He says, "It is to be remembered that light from sun travels 2202 Yojanas in half a Nimisha" This Yojana and Nimisha are ancient units if Measurements, I will convert them to modern measurements here According to Manusmriti 1.64 18 Nimesha = 1Kastha 30 Kastha = 1 Kala 30 Kala = 1 Muhurta 30 Muhurta = 24 hours Hence I Nimisha = 1.777777778s And Half Nimisha = 0.88888889s. Now Yojana it is generally taken as 8 Miles but that's an error, because it was used to measure distances on land and due to error in measurement and comparison the value should be 7.5 miles. Same thing said by Alexander Cunningham In his Ancient Geography of India. Hence light travels 2202×7.5 miles in 0.888888889 seconds the result is = 18579.37499.. Miles per second Modern Measurement = 186282 miles per second Very close considering Yojana is a Approximation and not exact. So it is proved that Ancients knew speed of light.

A slight typing error, it is 0.1777777 seconds, hence .5 Nimish = 0.088888889 Hence final speed would be = 185,793.74997677.

Garuda Puran Chapter 1 TEXT 19 Having experienced the good or the bad actions, in accordance with his former earning,--then, as the result of his (bad) actions, some disease arises.

20. Powerful death, unexpectedly, like a serpent, approaches him stricken with bodily and mental pain, yet anxiously hoping to live.

21-24 Not yet tired of life, being cared for by his dependents, with his body deformed through old age, nearing death, in the house, He remains, like a house-dog, eating what is ungraciously placed before him, diseased, with failing digestion, eating little, moving little, With eyes turned up through loss of vitality, with tubes obstructed by phlegm, exhausted by coughing and difficult breathing, with the death rattle in his throat,Lying encircled by his sorrowing relatives;though being spoken to he does not answer, being caught in the noose of death.

25. In this condition, with mind busy with the support of his family, with senses unconquered, swooning with intense pain he dies amidst his weeping relatives.

26. In this last moment, O Tarksya, a divine vision arises,--all the worlds appear as one,--and he does not attempt to say anything.
१ ॥ Brihadaranyaka Upanishad.

When this self becomes weak and senseless, as it were, the organs come to it. Completely withdrawing these particles of light, it comes to the heart. When the presiding deity of the eye turns back from all sides, the man fails to notice colour.

2. (The eye) becomes united (with the subtle body); then people say, ‘He does not see.’ (The nose) becomes united; then they say, ‘He does not smell.’ (The tongue) becomes united; then they say,He does not taste.’ (The vocal organ) becomes united; then they say, ‘He does not speak.’ (The ear) becomes united; then they say, ‘He does not hear.’ (The Manas) becomes united; then they say, ‘He does not think.’ (The skin) becomes united; then they say, ‘He does not touch.’The intellect) becomes united; then they say, ‘He does not know.’ The top of the heart brightens. Through that brightened top the self departs,‘either through the eye, or through the head, or through any other part of the body. When it departs, the vital force follows;when the vital force departs, all the organs follow. Then the self has particular consciousness, and goes to the body which is related to that con-scioṇsness. It is followed by knowledge, work and past experience.

Chapter 1 Text 28. When the breath is leaving its place, the moment of dying seems an age, and pain like the stinging of hundred scorpions is experienced. (Garuda Puran)

Text 33-34 Then, at the destruction of the decayed senses and the numbing of the intelligence, the messengers of Yama come near and life departs. And the stupid, thus going on the way, calling on son and grandson, incessantly crying out, 'Oh, oh,' repents:-- 'By great meritorious effort birth as a human being is gained. Haying obtained that, I did not do my duty,--also, whatever have I done!

Chapter 1 Text 17. Those men who are intent upon wisdom go to the highest goal; the sinfully-inclined go miserably to the torments of Yama in various hells .

My mother and I were discussing this topic over dinner yesterday but from a different angle.

Different angle?
It was about balarama’s wife, she was 8 feet tall and couldn’t find a match Initially because of her height. Her father gets angry with brahma and goes to Brahma along with his daughter and complains about his daughter’s height which is brahma’s creation like everything else.

Brahma says by the time you came here and return back to earth, yuga has changed but you won’t age, now Vishnu is there on earth as Krishna and you daughter will be a match to his brother Balarama.

in today’s scientific parlance this is about inter dimensional travel and light years, part of which the movie interstellar tried to explain wrt aging.

I sat and listened to Garuda Purana after my grandfather passed away. It was a new experience by learning about the good and bad actions and their consequences.
