Bihar is one of the first states to implement the world’s largest solar-based lighting project. The project will be implemented through BREDA. Philips is channel partner to the project with Lords.

Among other provisions, the policy envisages capital investment subsidy upto Rs 10
crore as well as freight subsidy up to Rs 10 lakh per year.

State industries minister Syed Shahnawaz Hussain said those setting up textile and leather or related units will get capital investment subsidy up to ₹10 crore and power at ₹2 per unit under the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Policy (Textiles and Leather) Policy. “Since textile and leather industries are labour intensive, a provision of employment generation subsidy of up to ₹5,000 per month per worker has also been made.”

Hussain said an interest subsidy of up to 10% on loan, and a skill development subsidy of ₹20,000 per employee per year will be provided to all eligible units apart from 100% reimbursement on stamp duty/registration, and land conversion.

Patna needs atleast 17 such bridges over the entire length to expand rapidly on the northern side of river Ganga , The property rates on northern side of Patna is low and land is also available in abundance , The biggest problem township builders face while acquiring land in Southern Patna is exorbitant land prices (which happens to be higher than Noida and Gurgaon)

These roads will help Patna expand Like New Delhi , If Patna metro gets extended till Hajipur and Chhapra in 2nd Phase it will further improve the connectivity leading to real estate boom in these areas

In Bangalore we are still getting kolkata litchi. I have Safal wholesale fruit market 200 mts from my apartment and visit them every weekend. No Mujaffarpur stock seen yet. Though we got some of Langda mangoes here.
