Now, we examine the life history of some very famous "scientists" of the so called islamic “Golden Age” to evaluate historical truth whether these muslim-born freethinkers were true believers of islam? No they were not.We will also examine whether the core teachings of islam had anyway influenced or contributed (as erroneously believed by most muslims) to the success of medieval muslim/Kafir scientists. The bottomline being all of these famous scientists hated cult of islam were persecuted because of free thought and rational thinking.

Al-Battani (853–929)
–who belonged to the star-worshipping Sabian sect of Mesopotamia. (He was not, however, a believer in the Sabian religion and his name indicates that his family was muslim.

His biographers described him as a famous observer and a leader in geometry, theoretical and practical astronomy, and astrology. His al-Zij al-Sabi is a very influential work on astronomy, influenced by Ptolemy’s Almagest. Only one Latin translation of his Zij is extant. It was carried out by Plato of Tivoli a 12th C. translator working in Barcelona, in the Ebro valley region. Among the many treatises he translated, dealing with astronomy, astrology, alchemy and mathematics.

The Greeks were first to elevate trigonometry to the level of an independent branch of mathematics. Greek trigonometers such as Pythagorus, Euclid, and Aristarchus advanced trigonometric theory and also championed new practical uses. Maybe the most ambitious of these uses were Erastosthenes's calculation of the circumference of Earth and Hipparchus's determination of the distance of the Moon from Earth. In both cases, the final results were surprisingly close to current accepted values, in spite of the crude instruments used at the time.

In BHARATA , the Hindus made further advances during and after the fifth century. These advances included the construction of some early trigonometric tables and, more important, the invention of a new numbering system that made calculating much simpler. HINDU mathematicians based their version of trigonometry on variants of the sine function. The Hindu system led not only to the sine function, but to the cosine, tangent, and other familiar trigonometric functions we use today.

During their centuries of contact with the Greeks and Hindus, Arabic mathematicians adopted many of their mathematical discoveries. Among prominent Arabic mathematicians who helped translate Hindu mathematical texts or introduced Hindu mathematics to the Arabs were al-Battani (c. 850-929), Abu al-Wafa (940-998), and al-Biruni (973-?). Al-Battani adapted Greek trigonometry and astronomical observations to make them more useful. Al-Biruni was among the first to use the sine function in astronomy and geography, and Abu al-Wafa helped apply spherical trigonometry to astronomy, among other important contributions.

Abu'l-Wafa (940-998) -
described negative numbers in monetary terms, referring to them as a "debt." This description of negative numbers could be grasped intuitively and was instrumental in bringing negative numbers into mainstream mathematics.

Abu al-Wafa's construction of tables of sines was also important. Hindu mathematicians based their version of trigonometry on variants of the sine function. The Hindu system led not only to the sine function, but to the cosine, tangent, and other familiar trigonometric functions we use today.

Abu al-Wafa was also first to introduce the concept of the tangent, the secant, and the cosecant to Arab mathematics. These functions, all derivatives of the sine function, are extremely useful in many areas of study, including physics, engineering, architecture, and surveying. The tangent had been described by Hindu mathematicians, but Abu al-Wafa showed how all the concepts could be used in mathematical calculations. By introducing these functions, Abu al-Wafa helped to increase the value of trigonometry by creating concepts that expanded its range.

If Abu al-Wafa had only translated some obscure texts into Arabic and generated some interesting functions, he might have passed into history without further notice. However, Abu al-Wafa and other Arab scholars helped to blend mathematical concepts from two distinct mathematical traditions into a synthesis which was much more important than either of its parts. Arab mathematicians took the geometric trigonometry (trigonometric identities derived from geometric drawings of the Greeks, and added the mathematical sophistication and superior numbering system of Hindu mathematics, to create a trigonometry that very much resembles that of today. By doing this, they helped to create one of the most useful branches of mathematics.

The driving force behind the "golden age" had nothing to do with islam.

Greeks Bhartiyas Mesopotamian Romans Egyptians Chinese Japanese of ancient times left the greatest scientific heritage of all the ancient peoples. Most scientific successes were achieved during the Hellenistic period who established world's largest ancient library at Takshshila Nalanda Alexandria (Egypt) , where half a million books were kept. No one can think about ancient science without naming Hippocrates,Rishi Vaisheshik, Aristotle, Thales, Pythagoras,AryaBhat ,Euclid, Galen,Brahmagupta , Madhava of Sangamagrama etc. They were very advanced in medicine, astronomy, geometry, mathematics and other scientific fields much before the arrival of islam.

Rational thought in the islamic world developed during the reign of liberal rulers of the Abbasid dynasty. However it was after the rise of scholars like Al-Ghazali in 11th ad that all scientific reasoning came to an end in the 13th century. We must give credit to Arab for their role of obtaining, preserving and some improvement of that available ancient science left by other different civilizations and finally transmitting it elsewhere amreeka europe etc.

However Arab did not see the light of science until the middle of 8th century. There was hardly any science developed during the time of Prophet Muhammad and his 'Caliphate-e-Rashedins' period. It was the period of liberal kings of Abbasid dynasty when Arab finally begun to see the light of science. They were clever and open minded enough to know that a kingdom could make awful lot of money by exploiting science. They got hold to the Greek library and begun to translate all those available scientific books of Latin/Greek/Bhartiya and Sanskrit into Arabic. These arabs were not jihadi maulvi mullahs or puncturewalas rather they were free thinkers and intellectuals of the arabs.

We must not forget that major breakthrough in science that world knew about the Arab society are the Arab numerals, Gunpowders, paper, medical knowledge, etc. And it is interesting to note that among those ancient science-Arab actually got numerals from BHARATIYAS mathematicians called "Hindu-Arabic Numerals" Gun powder and papers technology from Chinese; and Medical knowledge from Bhartiyas, Egyptians, Persians, Mesopotamians, and Chinese and Asians.

The so called ‘Golden Age’ wrongly branded as islamic was all about the success of some muslim-born freethinkers during the period of freethinking Caliphs of Abbasid dynasty. The seventh Abbasid caliph, al-Ma'mun (813-833), was a greater patron of education and science than Harun al-Rashid. He took considerable pains to obtain Greek manuscripts and even sent a mission to the Byzantine Emperor Leon the Armenian (8l3 to 890) for that purpose. He ordered the translation of these manuscripts. He organized at Baghdad a sort of scientific academy called the House of Wisdom (Bayt Al-Hilkma), which included a library and an observatory. He encouraged scholars from all kinds (various religions), and an enormous amount of scientific work was done under his patronage.

Al-Ma'mun 'Abdallah al-Ma'mun' was born in Baghdad in 786, and he died near Tarsus in 833. Al-Ma'mun was the seventh and greatest 'Abbasid caliph (813-833). His mother and wife were Persians, which explains his Persian and 'Alid proclivities.

He was an ardent Mu'tazil, tried to enforce his views by means of violence. He wrote four long letters to explain the alkitab was created which should have caused insane butthurt among followers of alkitab, and he cruelly punished those who dared entertain different views (e.g., Ibn Hannibal). He thus combined in a remarkable way free thought and intolerance. While persecuting those who objected to Mu'tazilism, Jews and Christians and polytheists were very welcome at his court.

Unfortunately, in islam , the “reform of the alkitab” received a mortal blow in the second half of the ninth to tenth century after the decline of the Mu’tazila movement, under the early Abbasid. This rationalist movement had institutionalised inquiry and questioning of interpretations of the alkitab by clerics. Considering the fact that all the Hadis were compiled in the period between 700-900 , these internal dissensions and the attitudes of the Caliphs would surely have dictated their course. The Mu’tazila movement collapsed in the late 11th century when islamic fundamentalism gained ground as the Crusades hit the Abbasids, and Jerusalem fell in 1099 . This coincided with the rise of Al-Ghazali (died in 1111), who co-operated with the Abbasid Caliphs to end Ijtihad. After the Abbasid empire was run over by the Mongols in 1258 , Ibn Taymiyyah (1263-1358) sounded its death knell by bringing into prominence Hanbali thought which continues today as well.

I would also like to throw a warning when reading marxshit phd scholars who seem to drop out of the sky from nowhere and start with pseudo intellectual masturbation over this subject spamming lies of islamic 'golden age' just to fool common sheep and cash in huge funding and money viz sale of their semi literate literature from qatari saudi wahabi jihadi ngos and governments who support such filth and dishonesty.

We will discuss about Mutazila in a separate post.

Mu’tazila the driving force behind this 'golden age' and mutazila is labelled as haram kuffar. Neverthless when it comes to claiming the ideals contributions of mutazila then all becomes instantly halal.

Dharma Triumph15.JPG

The defining philosophy of Mu’tazila was freewill, rationalism and scientific thought. It allowed for enforcing a system that tried to promote knowledge free thought among arabs where there was positive exchange of such knowledge within and from Greeks Bhartiyas Persians Mesopotamians Egyptians etc back and forth. Mu’tazila was promoted during Abbasid (8-13th century) but after that islamic reconstitution retarding it back to sunnah by hadiz collection by muslim al –hajjaj, al-Bukhari, Abu daud, al-Timidi and rise of islamic jihadis radicals by the leadership of Imam Ghazali put the final nail to the coffin of defeated Mu’tazillites in 13th century and subsequently rise of sunnah bs in the islamic world full of lies dogmas and retardation, ended the so called islamic Golden Age for good. However Mu’tazila movement collapsed in the late 11th century when islamic jihadism gained ground as the Crusades hit the Abbasids, and Jerusalem fell in 1099. This coincided with the rise of Al-Ghazali. (died in 1111) which gave final blow to Mutazila who co-operated with the Abbasid Caliphs to end reformations attempts. After the Abbasid empire was run over by the Mongols in 1258 ad , Ibn Taymiyyah (1263-1358) sounded its death knell by bringing into prominence Hanbali thought and this bs continues till today.

Shari’a is considered immutable by the islamic clerics. Then you got principle of taqlid which means that people have to follow the interpretation given by the official illiterate mullah imams fatwa brigade etc.
When retarded muslims whine about 'Golden Age' of islam , they mostly think of shariah rule by the Muhammad and his four Guided Caliphs as claims truly followed the footsteps of muhammad lasted 3 decades. Abu Bakr, Omar, Uthman and Ali who ruled after muhammad.

History recorded in the islamic books only tell us that these rulers were busy fighting and killing their rivals, apostates, and non-muslims, occupying lands and property (war booties), assassinating political rivals, etc. etc. Polygamy (filling their harem with multiple wives) and child-marriage, mu’ta marriage (temporary marriage). Alas, nobody can find even a trace of scientific advances during this 30 year period of rule. Infact muhammad’s own daughter fatima and his son-in-law, ali, who both survived the pagan hardship during the meccan years safe and sound, did not survive islam after the death of muhammad. Fatima died of stress from persecution within six months, and ali was later assassinated by momin rivals while muhammad’s grandson was killed in battle with the faction that became today’s sunnis. His people became Shias. The relatives and personal friends of Muhammad were mixed into both warring groups, which then fractured further into hostil sub-divisions as islam expanded. From the history of the faith to its most sacred writings, those who want to believe "peaceful islam" have a lot more to ignore than do the terrorists.

The holiest book of islam alkitab that is draws the sharpest of distinctions between momins, the best of people al kitab 3ayat 110 and non-believers(referred often as mushrekoon fasiqoon nasara etc), the worst of creatures or zalims in 98 ayat 6. Far from teaching universal love, the al kitab incessantly whines the so called inferiority of kafirs, even comparing them to vile animals and gloating over allah's hatred of them and his dark plans for their eternal torture. Al kitab makes it clear that islam is not about universal brotherhood, but about the brotherhood of momins. The reason of survival of Hindus in Bharat was the presence of warriors like Durgadas Rathore, Rana Sanga, Maharana Pratap, Shivaji, Guru Govind Dingh, Banda Vairagi, Chhatrasaal, Krishnadev Rai and innumerable Hindu warriors and their constant opposition at every hour and place in time against such terrorist cult.

The real contribution of islam was the formulation of “racist bigoted subhuman Sharia laws” derived directly from the al kitab and sunnah which was solely responsible to keep muslims in the retarded psychotic fictional past which constantly kept them away from the slightest enlightenment . Hell after 1400 years, muslim nations could not free themselves from the clutch of Sharia laws which is the cause of muslims backwardness in education, science, technology, women rights etc. Forget about any scientific revolution, even there was no healthy political democracy or economical development did occur during the period of four Caliphs (khula-faye-Rashedins). In fact, islam established era of Arab jihadi hoard , which later invaded raped massacred women children men (by the sword).

It is quite interesting to learn from the true historical account that almost all freethinkers and rationalists within the islamic world, such as Ibn Sina, Al-Razi, Al-Farabi, Al-Ma’arri, Omar Khayyam, Ibn Rusd, Al-Khwarizmi etc were having little or no faith on orthodox islamic fiction, nor they were at all motivated by theological teachings from islamic books, yet islam claims to owned them (as if they are its product) completely, by the same old joke of 'all good belongs and exists because of islam". Surprisingly, world’s other major religions such as: Hinduism Buddhism Asian folks religions Christianity Judaism never claimed such “credit” for scientific contributions especially on a scale which islam attempts to do. Use common sense how many Hindus have you seen them 'opening conversion' shops in other countries? Such concepts of conversion are non existent in Dharma.

We are concluding with few open question again.....
  • If the muslims still consider that Arab got the ancient science from alkitab or hadis, then would it not be normal that those islamic mullah factory would discover the science first?
  • Why do we not see the revolution of science coming first from all those mullah fatwa mafia, qari, imams, muftis muslim personal law board, jihadis of all Madrashas, all Madrassah students, all Talibans-simply because they are the people who are really expert in quran and hadiz?
  • Why are muslims not leading the rest of universe in scientific knowledge systems?
  • Some retarded apologists believe deen of allah has no quarrel with science; could we ask all them mullahs or qatari al jazeera jihadis to declare Evolution Theory is acceptable to islamic theologians?
  • Why there is no democracy, pluralism, independent judiciary, secularism, religious tolerance in all muslim countries?

Transfer of knowledge from BHARAT.

Like the renaissance, it was marked as much by cultural exchange, synthesis and dialog as it was by individual discovery. Connections forged among scholars and scientists of arab lands with contemporaries and predecessors beyond their own borders led to an unprecedented pooling of knowledge over generations and continents. The indus valley SARASVATI civilisation and the wider BHARAT'IYA subcontinent proved to be deep wells of the scholarship that gradually came to be known westward via translation into Arabic as well as Persian. From the observations of philosophers to the calculations of mathematicians, from the models of astronomers to the treatises of physicians, these works helped shape the era that became the driving force of “the golden age” wrongly attached to islam.

Al-Biruni, scholar who lived in BHARATA for some thirteen years during the eleventh century, wrote of the importance of poetic literature among the Hindus in popularizing science:By composing their books in metres the Hindus intend to facilitate their being learned by heart and to prevent people in all questions of science from ever recurring to a written text, save in case of bare necessity. For they think that the mind of man sympathizes with everything in which there is symmetry and order and has an aversion to everything in which there is no order. Therefore, most Hindus are passionately fond of their verses and are always desirous of reciting them, even if they do not understand the meaning of words, and the audience will snap their fingers in token of joy and applause. Hindus do not want prose compositions, although it is much easier to understand them.”
