not that fast...this is the Phase IV of China lunar exploration project which was government approved few days ago...the span of time for this Phase is around 10 years which basicly means this ten years until 2030

Three unmanned missions are planned - Chang'e 7 ,6 and 8...you might be able to see an unmanned lunar surface station by 2030

the Chang‘e7 will be ahead of Chang'6 and this is the most complicated one in the project so far...
including :
.orbiter
.lander
.rover
.hover probe
.relay satellite

what you posted(manned mission) is for the next ten years(2030s) as the coming of LM-9 and LM-5DY super heavy rockets.

Thanks, i recently started following works of CNSA and they are pretty phenomenal. Pretty cool to see that.

Is china working on any serious VTVL rockets? I saw a video of some private company which did the hop of around 100 meters but nothing more.

the very first model/type of this 1st stage reusable launch vehicle which is planned by the so called 'National Team' is the CZ-8R/LM-8R

the first launch of basic model- CZ/LM-8 took place last year already. the 8R varient launch might happen in 2024-25.

This LM-8 reusability is pretty cool concept. Bringing back Solid boosters back with core without detaching them. But it has one major compromise. It will have a very large payload penalty. Also , bringing this stage back is very difficult, because of its Aerodynamic instability. But it's pretty cool and innovative approach to bringback solid boosters. Recovering solid boosters like what NASA did with Space Shuttle is very costly & time consuming.

actually, all the engines on 1st stage and boosters are liquid fuel rocket engine- the same YF-100...
the LM-8R's core stage will have some new varient-- the YF-100K with two dimensional TVC, restartable, and more Throttling ability ...

and you could find that the engines arrangement are different from the Falcon-9 ,on which only the center engine would be used for reentry and landing burns...there are only two engines on LM-8R 1st stage and each one would be restarted once for the reentry or landing burns. the thrust deviation would be the most challenging problem.

earlier I read that it was planned to use solid boosters, is it changed to liquids recently or what?

I think you are talking about the LongMarch-6 future development-- the only member of China current new generation Launch vehicles which will introduce the solid boosters for liquid engined core stages as we know, except the all solid ones like CZ/LM-11, KZ-1/1A/11 ...

The world broke record for space launches in 2021. But 107 of the 144 launches were by China and the US alone. lol

China had the most launches of any nation at 56 with 53 successes :)

The world just set a record for sending the most rockets into orbit

More rockets made orbital launch attempts during 2021 than in any previous year in history, breaking a record that dates back to the space race.

...

a total of 144 orbital launches were attempted in 2021, of which 133 were successful.

...

the Chinese government and a handful of private operators launched 56 rockets in 2021, of which there were 53 successes.

...

The workhorse Falcon 9 rocket helped lead the United States to 51 orbital launches in 2021, of which 48 were successful.

China is planning a megaconstellation of 13000 satellites for communication!!!

China’s megaconstellation project establishes satellite cluster in Chongqing
by Andrew Jones — January 12, 2022

China Satellite Network Application Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Satellite Network System Research Institute Co., Ltd. were established in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, Dec. 29, to jointly construct a satellite Internet industry system in the city of Chongqing

...

ITU filings made in 2020 indicate
China plans a constellation of just under 13,000 satellites in low Earth orbit to provide global communications.

The project appears to have broad support, including at the top levels. China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) added “satellite internet” to a list of “new infrastructures” in April 2020, spurring local and provincial policies seeking to foster and support satellite and space sector clusters in cities across China, such as Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Beijing, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Xi’an, Changsha and Wenchang and the Yangtze Delta region.

The recently approved 14th Five-year Plan for the period 2021-2026 and “long-range objectives through 2035” call for an integrated network of communications, Earth observation, and navigation satellites.
