Pro-Russian "People's militia" DNR shot down a quadcopter UAV of the Armed Forces of Ukraine loaded with explosives.
May be. At the front, both Russian and Ukrainian drones are often shot down. But I cannot understand why the explosives are fixed with duct tape. If this is a kamikaze drone, then there are serial drones.
Another invasion option has been announced this week. Fighting with Belarus because of migrants and Russia comes to the aid of an ally.

NATO countries will not defend Ukraine in the event of an attack by the Russian Federation: NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the principles of NATO collective defense do not apply to Ukraine.

“Ukraine is a partner of NATO, but not a member state of the Alliance. Our article on collective defense - Article 5 of the Washington Treaty does not apply to Ukraine,” Stoltenberg said adding that “NATO and member countries provide significant political and military support to Ukraine".

We didn't count on their help in manpower. It was immediately clear that we would be alone in fighting Russia. Some countries are expressing their readiness to help, but this will be technical assistance. Because if we lose, then the next ones are next.

Will that be enough to repel a Russian attack?

Well the medieval Mujahideens defeated the mighty USSR with just basic training, intel, small arms and Stinger. Ukraine has so much more and with more organization. And recently, the Taliban defeated the mighty US.

It depends on many factors. Of course, we have incomparable military potentials, but Russia cannot expose other parts of its border either.
The US Deep State is looking towards instigating a war in an effort at unifying the United States which is visibly falling apart. It is provoking a war with Russia by setting up the Ukraine to provoke a war with Russia in Europe.

This was behind the 'Maidan' effort in 2014. Here the pro-Russian Government was overthrown to move NATO closer to Moscow so that when Germany or NATO invaded Russia its jumping off point would be much closer to Moscow impairing its defense.

The Baltic States were torn away from Moscow by the CIA agent Yeltsin. US deep state was also behind the destruction of Yugoslavia in the 1990s to protect NATO’s underbelly in the event of a war with Russia. The German BND set up all the ethnic unrest in the 1990s tearing Yugoslavia apart, and then in 1999 the US bombed Belgrade for 78 days over a BND fake massacre in Kosovo to neutralize Serbia which was essentially all that was left of Yugoslavia.

Russia under Putin has a complete understanding of this.

Believe it or not, your President is a Zionist Jew who will lead Ukraine to destruction with his antics.

US deepstate and Obama had ditched Putin by installing a puppet President and govt.
100% Russian text template. In the normal world, they don't pay attention to nationality and religion.

You better ask yourself why no democratic former USSR countries want to remain under Russian grip...They all want to be part of EU and NATO.

You should also better ask yourself why does NATO doesnt want Russia to join the Alliance when Putin clearly wanted it ?

Ex-Nato head says Putin wanted to join alliance early on in his rule

The Soviet Union literally gave up a shit load of territory when it broke up. Despite having agreements with the West around areas like Ukraine, the West increasingly militarised the areas around Russia while pulling former satellite countries into itself. Why does NATO exist when its principal enemy, Soviet Union, has finished? Why is Russia such a big threat when it has a lower GDP than Italy? West militarised the Baltic and brought that into the NATO fold. West pushed for countries like Poland to join the EU.

In Ukraine a democratically elected pro Russian President was forced out in a revolution by Western design. Ukraine was the final straw, because it isn't a real country (another product of World War border designs). A large part of Ukraine is Eastern in faith and language. Ukraine is a bread basket too. Imagine if you let your former enemies take all these former territories and militarise them and you did nothing. Then when they went for Ukraine it was a step too far.

Sure, Putin is an opportunist but he has been forced into this position by Western aggression. Eastern Ukraine is almost completely for unification with Russia. Western Ukraine is pro-Nato.

It doesn't matter anyway because it is not possible for Ukraine to join NATO or EU.

You better check history. Most Soviet satellites wanted out of USSR's and later Russian grip. A lot of them were forced by the USSR after WW2 to be part of tge Soviet sphere. None of these countries wanted to be part of the USSR but Stalin forced these weak countries to submit to USSR.
