Why do US Vietnam veterans suffer and die neglected, while the US spends millions of dollars for Russian Soldier Mother's Organization or whatever it is called?

Russia has the largest percentage of teen suicides. Soldiers 18-19 years are not far removed from that age.

I'm not a psychic. You asked about what I do not available. Debts do everything from individuals to countries. (for example I have a car loan). Russia, too, must pay this year's debt - us $ 125 billion. I can not tell you how many will lend Ukraine next year.
The war could be would end back in the summer. However, in late August, Russia introduced its regular troops on the territory of Ukraine. Attack Ukraine can't do no more. Ukraine moved into defense. On the territory of Donbass, built three lines of defense.

The trouble with Ukraine's situation is that it is too close to Russia for comfort. Any political system that runs in Ukraine impacts Russia too much. While Russia's political system may be imperfect, it was working well when the Ukraine's troubles suddenly flared. As Ukraine feels it is fighting a patriotic war, it has become same for Russians.

And this is why this is so wrong.

The objective is to suppress fire. Artillery locating radars are needed. This is why these units are brought in.

Tell me, in Russia there are no oligarchs? The biggest problem for our country is corruption. 60% is the shadow economy.
I liked the statement of an American journalist of Russian descent: big-indian and little-indian from the novel by Jonathan Swift, had more reasons to kill each other, than this war.

There is no solution today. There was a solution in 1991.

• National currency.
• Prohibition on possession of non-Ukrainian currency.
• Gold reserves physically inside Ukraine.
• Prohibition of external funding of Ukrainian political parties.
• Prohibition of foreign companies holding controlling stake on Ukrainian media.
• Prohibition of propagation of Nazi propaganda and literature.
• Self sufficiency in basic goods and food production.
• Flat tax for all.
• Autonomy to all regions.
• Neutral foreign policy.
