Chinese 1st five-year plan was carried out during 1953-1957.
the main idea of the five-year plan is the construction of 156 industry projects. its aim is to let China own "full industry-chains". most of 156 industry projects were helped by Soviets.
the 156 industry projects covered almost all sections of modern industry,including auto-manufacturing, tank-manufacturing,steel,metallurgy,chemical-engineering,machining,eletronics,optics,power and mining industry.

the five-year plan started in 1953 and was finished in 1957.
the accomplishment of the five-year plan is a historic achivement to China. It let China have hard backbone of full industry-chains for the frist time.
before the finish of the first five-year plan ,CHina was still a pre-modern agrcultural country with broken industry chains. Chinese industry even could not provide enough rifles and bullets for its soldiers . that was why China was humiliated bashed by Japanese army during WW II.
However,When the five-year plan was finised in 1957,China finished 156 industry projects and already had full modern industry-chains set up.
in 1957, CHina already could manufacture cannons,tanks, jet-planes,submarines and trucks. it also fixed a consolidated industry base to manufacture A-bombs.
When Nehru faced sino-India conflicts in 1962, CHina had beem already armed by modern full industry-chains and was already completely different from china in 1953. that was why India failed in 1962.
