It's well known that PLA has a very tight AAD capability. I wanted to ask that if they are deploying such units at Himalayas, IAF will have a very hard time using there capabilities, although it's well known that IAF is the only force that the Chinese most fear of, because of this they've done there homework. My question is Are we prepared to hunt down there AAD batteries, because during the 1st week of a plausible short but intense skirmish, the side which fully dominates the airspace has an advantageous position.
If so how, and will the special forces be involved to cripple AAD's, in such situation how good intel and eye in the space play the role, given the fact they have ASWs as well?
Please discuss strategies to counter such very formidable AAD layer.
