Which inflation are you talking about?

I think so that you are talking with regards to whether Indian Navy has the budget to afford these or not ,well ofcource we have, but AFAIK Indian Navy doesn't have the budget to afford both SSNs as well as a 3rd Aircraft carrier at the same time. We can either buy 4-6 SSNs at one time or we can purchase a 3rd AC at one time.

And tell me how can a submarine defeat an aircraft carrier? An aircraft carrier will never be alone, it will always have an escort of Destroyers/Frigates/Cruisers etc. Also aircraft carriers do have their own Weopons which they can use to defend themselves from any Hostile threat.
Sir submarines do operate silently if they get closer to battle group and get a perfect shot at AC they can defeat them

Finding a submarine is still very hard even with P8 Posedion and Romeo or etc and defeating torpedos are even more hard to do so

It's very difficult to sink an aircraft carrier especially modern ones and anyways no matter how Stealth any submarine is, ASW platforms will discover it eventually. You cannot make anything fully Stealth, you can only reduce its detection range.

An AC is always armed with escorts consisting of Frigates/Cruises etc. All of these are having dedicated ASW Capabilities, coupled with Assets like ASW planes and helicopters.

And coming to the topic of defeating torpedos, yes it's a Difficult task but it can be done and there are various ways to do it.

As of now, Only France and US have nuclear Powered aircraft carriers in their navies.

But China is planning to Construct an aircraft carrier known as Type-004 which will be nuclear Powered. I think so that after US and France, China will be the 3rd country to build nuclear powered aircraft carriers.
I don't think so.
Traditionally, Chinese likes to test their new core technologies on existing platform to minimize the risk, like most of tech on J-20 was already seen on 4g fighters. But so far, we haven't seen any water surface ship with nuclear power yet.

LINGLON No. 1 modular reactor (ACP100) is a small pressurized water reactor with completely independent intellectual property rights developed by CNNC based on military nuclear power and mature pressurized water reactor technology。

The world's first advanced small reactor technology that has passed the IAEA General Reactor Safety Review (GRSR), and its safety and reliability are quite high. Can meet the power of large nuclear-powered aircraft carriers。

Thermal power is 310MW, electric power is 100MW, 14 meters high, not more than 10 meters long and wide, 2 reactors will be enough for 100k tons AC (much higher than US latest Ford AC reactors).

Well, it is good to see this!
But, which boat has used this reactor as its main engine? Would you rather take the huge risk of using an expensive AC as its test boat?
And I found this news:

Just read it, 1) I don't trust any west world media, if they are 1% reliable, China has already fallen into disaster; 2) From Chinese arsenal developing history, it has never taken any huge risk, always foot on solid ground step by step moving up; 3) Chinese NAVY built and operated nuclear submarine over 50 years and 3 generations (091/092, 093/094, 095); 4) China Ship Research and Design Center (701 Institute) has model AC before build real AC.

We are talking about a new nuclear reactor specifically designed for AC.

4) China Ship Research and Design Center (701 Institute) has model AC before build real AC.
No doubt about that!
But we are talking about new reactor.
My point is: A new reactor for AC is completely new level of technological challenge. Running it on the ground is not enough to check its reliability and maintainability. We need to be careful.
