Indian countermoves as far as Hezbollah or Hamas is concerned should be none. India's biggest concern is gun running by UK and France and helping Wahhabi nutjobs in the Middle East.

well Sir i do not look in that way PRC is the leading weapons supplier right from the days of Iraq-Iran war in which u supplied 2 both the parties...But i am more so talking of 2day where after the Dissolution of U.S.S.R. CIS countries along with Eastern European (Former Warsaw Pact countries) n Russia 2gether r leading suppliers of illegal arms in middle east though PRC is catching up......

china looks weapon sale on as a complete commerical business purely for money-earning....;

USA and west countries look on weapon sale as leavage for both political clout and money-earning...

SOviet looks on weapon sales on as a way to win politic clouts, regardless of commercial interest.
that is the difference

What weapon? Rifles, pistol, RPG. I really don't think any power would feel headache about them.
If one day, these people are attcking you with T99 or J10. Then you have a case.

is this official policy by ccp or iranian uncontroled proxi activity
There is lots of "made in USA" weapons found in the hands of south amercian drug dealers' hand. Does anyone ask "is this official policy by USA"?

assuming this to be official policy what are indian south koraen and japnease counter moves
Simple, selling their own weapons to these guys with a better offer! After all, this is not a political competition. It is nothing but money.

Options are very limited except supplying the other side. This supplying of arms and both sides at that has been taught by the west. China is only entering a running game.

India in the past intercepted supplies of missiles parts from NoKo. At best India can continue its efforts to do the same for any arms shipments destined for terrorists banned under international regime or arms destined for sanctioned regimes. Still a difficult proposition. Israel recently blew up a convoy in Syria which they said was armed destined for Hezbollah. That is another way to counter. But a Chinese flagged ship carrying arms will not be easy for anyone.

Arms "trafficking"? How would it be monitored? Such consignments can easily slip through 3rd parties.

Anarchial Egypt and Syria continue doing their spill-over effects.

Even Turkey was sending humanitarian aid to Hamas.

Before u shall bother abt China.
