Mongols are not Chinese. Tibetans are also not Chinese. Uighurs are also not Chinese. China is much smaller than PRC.

2. the same case happened to Manchuria and other ancient "Non-Han ethnic" such as Huns,Xianbei,Turks and Chathy。
Early after they invaded and conqered Han people, they were not "CHinese".
But soon, Most of them adopted Chinese scripts/ Mandarin/confucian and forgot/abandoned their native scripts/languages/religions. They were sinized and became "Chinese".
Manchus are more "chinese" than Han now.

3. Mongols\tibet\Urghurs are being sinization and at last most of them would adopted Chinese scripts/ Mandarin/confucian and forgot/abandoned their native scripts/languages/religions,just as Manchus/Chathy.

As long as they want to live in China? Do they want to live in China? The Tibetans want to live in Tibet. The Turks want to live in East Turkestan. The Mongols want to live in Mongolia, inner or outer. They might also want to live in a place that is not controlled by a neighbouring but foreign nationality.

1.first ,you should persuade Indian government ,UN and all other countries to Xinjiang,Tibet and inner mongolia are not parts of CHina.
It is a hard duty.

2.if whatver "they want' were to obeyed, then not only CHina, but also India, USA, and all coutries should be devided into lots of small countries.
Turkey should return all its lands to Greece.
Hungary should return to Mongolia, because Hun, their ascentstor's homeland.
Mongolia should return to Siberia.
all Anglo-Saxon should return to Germany,leaving North America to Indians,leaving British to Celts,Leaving Australia to local natives.


3. BTW, Mongols,Tibetan,Urughurs are not the earliest people in mongolia,Tibet and Xinjiang.

Monglia was the home of Hun ,before Mongolias came here.
Tibet was the home of Qiang and Xianbei, before Tibet cames.
Xinjiang was the home of Sacae,long before Turks appeared.
