Chinese culture is open
China is also a democracy & great helmsman 2.0 has been elected president by the great Chinese nation. I sincerely hope Baidu translate provides an accurate translation of what's given here given that Mandarin has so many characters, if Baidu skips a few & gives you a wrong translation coz after all it's a Chinese product, we don't want an internet fight here.

There's no fighting here.

If there is a fight, it is over economic high tech military technology

STEM is the key for industrilization of a nation.

Record 11.6 Million Chinese to Graduate From College Next Year

When we talk about graduation students, we talk about the colleges/Universities, not the low degree.
Lol, I gave you a breakdown of the 37 million students. At least 15 million students contribute to high value sectors

india is the pharmaceutical center of the world and also produces the most doctors. We are also a food surplus nation unlike China.

Chinese science is so great, you needed zero Covid and locking your population up like animals. You separated children from their parents. Seems like sound scientific reasoning to me.

What are the laws in this area in India

Is it illegal for a father to keep his daughter out of school?
No it is not. School dropout rates are quite high. India has a massive tribal population - almost 15% of the pop. This pop lives very detached and refuses to go to school and integrate with modernity for most part. Then there are historically backward states where education has never been emphasized. The whole school education sector needs to drastically reform. Right now, the learning outcomes are poor all over India.

in other words which you can understand, even with 73% literacy, india will have more educated people than China. Obviously that 73% will get to 99% over the next two decades, but assuming it doesn’t we still beat you
Frankly, literacy rate is being barely literate and is not going to get decent paying jobs. Learning outcomes in math and science are poor in India across the board leading to significant skilled talent shortage, especially in the north.

And the question is:

Yes the workforce must be honestly and quickly skilled. If India just does propaganda around this or ignores education outcomes especially in backward district, we are not going to see the standard of living improveme in these backward areas. The sad thing is the electorate in these backward states is not even demanding better schools and education outcomes.

1. if they were almost born befre 18-22 yrs ago, in 2001 did India had 37 million babies?

2. How you explain the terriffic literacy rate comparing the 37 million graduations?

But the TFR in the south is at 1.8 average - dangerous position just like in China. It is the northern states skilled labor that is crucial to India’s growth. India is a very skewed country due to the stupid ways in which we have implemented state level policies.

India’s average age is 25. Do you comprehend that more than 50% of 1.4 billion Indians are below the age of 25. 37 million is certainly within tolerance with a 73% literacy rate

The question is: if in next 5 yrs, every year you have 37 million student, which means, in 2001-2005 every year you had 37 million babies (most population got college education in 18-25).

But the fact is it's impossible to have such amount of babies at that time.

Any explaination?

That’s because your math isn’t accounting for deaths and population replacement.

Why are you considering such a narrow base of 4 yrs ? There are post graduate students in it too. Your base should be 10 yrs .

India’s TFR until 1970 was 5.7 births per women.
India’s TFR in 1980 was 4.78 births per women
India’s TFR in 1990 was 4.04 births per women

China TFR in 1970 was 5.9 births per women
China TFR in 1980 was 2.74 births per women
China TFR in 1990 was 2.51 births per women

so we will have more grads than you do.

1. If 2023 there are 37 million graduaton students, most of them are 20-25, and this trand lasts in coming five yrs.

2. which means 20-25 yrs ago, there are more than 37 millions babies.

3. Considering deaths and population replacement, there are people died before 23-25 yrs age, plus some people let's say 10% of them had no chance to get educaton.

4. 37 million * 110% = 40 million babies.

My question, did India had 40 million babies during 2000-2005 each yr?

Let me know the details of your calcuation, thanks.
