90% of Chinese educated Indians fail India’s licensing exams. So they cannot practice here. This kind of data proves nothing. It is hard for a lot of Indians to get into medical schools in India as the competition is tough and fees are also very high. But such quality of doctors is why India is a top3 healthcare destination while China is nowhere.
That may very well be the case but they receive a license to practice only on qualifying a local examination which most of them don't.
