Seriously, China builds new industries and new economic drivers.Here comes the list u r searching, I only see 4 types of EV are not China related, even Tesla had 50% production in China.
Plus, Denza D9, Li Auto L7, L8, L9 are all USD60,000+, way more expensive than Tesla Y and 3.

Everytime Tesla & other western companies expand in China particularly in the EV space but not exclusively limited to it , believe me when I say this , Indian members are more thrilled than any Chinese member here or a Chinese citizen or even a citizen of any of the western democracies.This Shanghai factory is now builds half of Tesla's cars (more than Tesla's other five factories in US and Germany combined!) and is the origins of most of Tesla exports to Europe.
And it was built during a US trade war with China!

Why ,You ask ? Excellent question . For China seems to be moving with breakneck speed in replacing all it's ICE automobiles with EV where naturally all such requirements may not be met by domestic brands irrespective of however high their output may be , such that by 2030 I expect the entire 2 wheeler segment to be completely EV & approximately 75% + of the passenger & commercial vehicle segment to be EV in China, whereas average figures for such EV replacing ICE in the rest of the world wouldn't exceed 25-30% in the most environmental friendly & wealthy western nation.
This is more a testament to the alacrity & vision of the CCP which moved extremely fast to corner & later dominate all such avenues in the market . So why are Indians like me happy you ask ? Well it's like this , the more the penetration of EV & replacements of ICE based automobiles the less the dependence on oil , the more the "Malacca Dilemma" solves itself in the CCP mind which in turn leaves it free to prosecute its campaign in Taiwan. Now this is an itch the CCP will find too hard to resist .
Moreover this monopoly in the EV segment will not only affect the sales of western ICE automobiles in China but also across the world in which traditional automobile makers like Germany & Japan would be badly affected. Moreover the headstart China enjoys in the EV sector across all segments from mining to refining to battery chemistry to mass production of battery packs to recycling & other ancillaries associated with the EV will see the western EV manufacturers greatly disadvantaged which raises the prospects of a trade war & a massive one at that which once begun will spread over & disrupt all sectors of the economy.
It's a classic case of becoming a victim of one's own success much like the Jews across time in Europe. I needn't add how it ended for them in Europe. You see white man no like any kike or gook or coolie go one up on him .

I don't think one country will monopolize the EV industry.
In fact, most of the chips needed for EV now come from the United States, with a share of batteries in China, South Korea and Japan.
The auto industry has historically been heavily protected by domestic policies.
The share of global EV will be divided among America, Europe, China, Japan and South Korea.
China missed out on the internal-combustion car era and is lucky to be ahead in the EV era.

The chipsets required for automobiles are not the kind China's been barred access to . If push comes to shove China has the capacities to design & fab the entire process in house. In fact after they've been cut off from the global supply chains that's the first thing China'd be doing. So replacement plans for all gwailou chipsets including the Japanese, RoK & Taiwan must long be underway.

The US's & by extension the West's gameplan is to always have China as an assembly workshop of the West not as an innovator of technology especially disruptive tech like EV & build up capacities rapidly. Their primary task would be to cut you down to size like they did in the advanced SMC nodes.
