What's more, all babies born to the "Reunion" pair were allowed to remain in Taiwan -- unlike panda babies born anywhere else in the world, all panda babies are sent to China. Why? Because KMT accepts that Taiwan is Chinese and the panda babies in Taiwan are still on Chinese soil
