China cautions India on troop build-up near border

Chinese though they are asking Indians not to deploy troops near Chinese border. But look at what they are doing they have surrounded India from all sides, the world call it Chinese String of Pearls Theory.

The article talks about how China has surrounded India from all sides by developing ties and helping the Indian neighbours. China is developing military ports, bases and railway station near the Indian-Pakistan border. They are also making port in Srilnka, Maldives, Mayanmar. This can be very dangerous for Indians

China is within her rights to say what it wants. But it is not for India to bother or care for the same.

India has to defend her borders and it is within her sovereign right to do it as she thinks it fit!

the "uncivilized tribes" I refered to is not Tibetan people,but the tribes in AP. those tribes are not Tibetan. In fact, even Tibetan called those tribes "barbarian".

Of curse, case is different today. In china, those tribes are label as two ethnics minorities :Menba(门巴) and Luoba(洛巴 ).
