Not possible or feasible. In India every government agency is subservient to the constitution of India, and rightfully so. Checks and balances are necessary for the democracy and the country to survive.

Anybody who refuses to submit to the Indian legal process and absconds to a foreign safe haven deserves to be under watchful eyes, and if necessary, get a visit from the unknown gunmen. Every enemy of India must know that he/she/they/whatever is being hunted. Can run but cannot hide.

Democracy is overrated. Some things are more important than a system that keeps pulling our pants down in front of the world.

Democracy INSIDE the country is good, but from the outside, it needs to be impenetrable. To ensure that security, we need forces that go above and beyond the so-called 'Laa of the Land' to deliver justice. Law & justice are not the same thing.

Gunning down is not the proper punishment of Wajib ul Qutla therefor Islamist should be given punishment in accordance of Islamic theology.
