Had Made Similar Statement A Day Before Uri Attack

Islamabad is open to using tactical devices -a reference to tactical nuclear weapons that Pakistan is believed to possess -against India if it feels its safety is threatened, Pakistani defence minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif said in an interview to Pakistani TV channel SAMAA.

“Tactical weapons joh hain, joh hamne yeh progammes develop kiya hua hai, yeh apne hifazat ke liye develop kiya hua hai. Hamne devices jo hain just as showpieces toh nahin rakhe hue. Lekin agar hamare sala mati ko khatra hua, toh hum nestanabhut kar denge unko (Tactical weapons, our programmes that we have developed, they have been developed for our protection. We haven't kept the devices that we have just as showpieces. But if our safety is threatened, we will annihilate them (India),“ Asif sa id in the interview, telecast on September 26. He had made a similar comment on Geo TV on September 17, a day before the terrorist attack in Uri.

Asif 's latest salvo comes soon after the Indian Army's brigade headquarters in Uri, Jammu & Kashmir, was attacked by terrorists on Sep tember 18, resulting in the deaths of 18 soldiers. The four attackers were also killed. India has since handed over evidence to Pakistani high commissioner Abdul Basit that the terrorists were from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Asif has made threatening references before to the option of nuclear strikes against India. The statements, emanating from the Pakistan defence minister, are an alarming reminder of Pakistan's position on the use of nuclear weapons.

He had made a similar comment on Geo TV on September 17, a day before the terrorist attack in Uri. Asked if he thought there was a threat of war, Khawaja Asif answered, “I don't think there is any such threat but as Allah has said in the Quran, `The horses must be prepared', so we should always be completely prepared. There is also a famous English proverb, `The price of freedom is eternal vigilance'... We are always under pressure (sic) time and again that our tactical (nuclear) weapons, in which we have a superiority, that we have more tactical weapons than we need. It is internationally recognised that we have a superiority, and if there is a threat to our security, or if anyone steps on our soil and if someone's designs are a threat to our security, we will not hesitate to use those weapons for our defence.“

Asked if Pakistan “could use atomic weapons' in case of war with India, he had replied, “This depends on the situation...but if our defence and survival is (sic) in danger, then we should use everything. What is there to fear?“ The minister's comments have drawn flak from media within Pakistan itself.

What a fukin' idiot this moron is!! And he's holding the highest position in the Paki government! Lol! His immaturity is breathtaking! And unbelievable just like the other Porks in Pakistan's Establishment! Doesn't this asshole know that if Pakistan ever contemplates to employ even a small tactical battlefield nuke against India, there would be massive counter-value retaliation on Paki cities by India wiping Pakistan off the map. When the shit hits the fan, this idiot would be burned to a cinder.

And then this clown says, "Our tactical (nuclear) weapons, in which we have a superiority."

Really? :pound:How many tactical nukes having miniature warheads have been actually tested by the Pakis? Zilch! So do they actually work? Probably not. These are just dummies and duds just like the morons in the Pak establishment! Jeeez!

And then there's the usual American doublespeak where Pakistan is concerned which is taking the Americans for a jolly good ride!. A typical case of the tail wagging the dog!

How the hell is this a breaking news?

They threaten us with nukes everytime there is a major terrorist attack.

They forget that even we have nukes.

And we only have a no-first use policy till we are compromised.

Their so called tactical nuke Nasr is a bloody joke as they have never tested a miniature nuke warhead ever! So how are they so sure that it would work? 99% if not 100% would be duds!

I guess they have overplayed the nukes.
Nobody believes them. Pakjabi is a sissy quom and they'll never have balls to use nukes.

Yup and I saw a debate on Fox Business USA whereby, panelists were condemning the Paki DM for his provocation cum threat, saying that it was highly irresponsible on Pakistan's side.

From ‘India Ko Naesto Naboot Kar Denge’ to ‘Don’t want tensions with India’: How Pakistan Defence Minister Khwaja Asif changed his tone in 24 hours
By: FE Online | New Delhi | Updated: September 29, 2016 8:26 PM

An apparently afraid Khawja, who today along with the entire Pakistan witnessed the muscle and might of India Army, said, “We don’t want a war with India.” (Source: Reuters)
Khawaja Asif, Pakistan Defence Minister, who was bragging to use nukes and destroy India just yesterday, has changed his tone after Indian Army conducted surgical strikes across LoC. An apparently afraid Khawja, who today along with the entire Pakistan witnessed the muscle and might of India Army, said, “We don’t want a war with India.” In his conversation with a TV channel on Wednesday, Khawaja had threatened to use nuclear weapons and ‘destroy India’. Now, in less than 24 hours, the Pakistan Defence Minister is saying that he doesn’t want tensions with India. “Islamabad is open to using tactical devices against India if it feels its safety is threatened,” he had said. “We have not developed devices (nuclear weapons) for as item of showpiece, if there will be a requirement, we will destroy them,” Khwaja had said in a conversation with Pakistani TV channel SAMAA.
Earlier, in an interview with Geo TV, when asked if he thought there was a threat of war, Asif had said, “I don’t think there is any such threat but as Allah has said in the Quran, `The horses must be prepared’, so we should always be completely prepared. The change in Khawaja’s tone comes just after Indian Army conducted surgical strikes on terror launch pads across the Line of Control (LoC). Significant casualties were caused to the terrorists in the operations. Army said that motive of this operation was to hit out at the terrorists who were planning to infiltrate into Indian territory. Indian Army has also shared the details of surgical strikes with Pakistan Army. There were no Indian causalities during surgical strikes. A number of items including GPS which have Pakistani markings have been recovered in the strikes.

Naturally! After all, Porkistan has prostituted themselves to the Chinese by giving hundreds of thousands of acres free to them for the Chinese economic corridor including the port of Gwadar which has been 'leased' to them for 40 years! They've even gifted 5000 sq km of Kashmir territory in the Shaksgam Valley to their Chinese masters!

So it's a case of you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.

The Porkis will now even lend their asses to these Chinese dicks for support on Kashmir though so far they've remained neutral on this one.

CPEC is illegal. PoK is Indian territory under illegal occupation of Pakistan. A third country can not build any infra without India's approval. India is well within her rights to destroy it.

In an unprecedented move, Pakistan ferried plane-loads of international media to the LoC to prove surgical strike didn't happen. Our govt. has failed to give any conclusive prove of crossing LoC and killing 38 militants. As Ajay Shukla said helmet mounted camera and voice-recorder were not worn by our soldiers. Drones were reportedly used but whether they photographed the operations is not known.

Then why are they meeting to discuss the operation:--

I don't know. Just breaking from ANI:-
SSP Imtiaz Hussain stated, militants used local civilians as shield in Baramullah and escaped. Our Jawans couldn't retaliate properly. Seems a full-scale rebellion in the valley started. PDP govt. should be dismissed and internal Emergency declared.

Stop right there. So you believe the word of a pathological bitter liar? If he says then it must be true, right?

Nonsense....... This govt. needs 5 more years to clean this. Unlike the NC and the Congies the current state govt. is not pandering to the Separatists, hence they are constantly out in the street and meanwhile all the ISI moles and stone pelters are being targeted and arrested. People's opinion of them has started going against the separatists.
