Go to youtube and try to use your "Freedom of speech" against individuals or "Protected groups". You will be kicked out in no time. Freedom doesn't mean insulting others or spreading misinformation. Laws must exist which protect others from our "use of freedom", this is not a Jungle.

Truth can be
inconvenient but has to be spoken to wakeup people from slumbering dream.If it was not for the independent blogs and tweeters and free power of internet Radia tapes would have been swept under the carpet by the so called our 'free' media.In todays age u can never say which media house is batting for whom after 2G spectrum scandal which has showed the indian public true face of its media journalists one of them unfortunately is padma bhushan award winner.And it has to be noticed carefully it was same barkha dutt who went hammer and tongs after bloggers after she was criticized/exposed for her reportage on 26/11.She is the same lady who always was on personal jihad against bloggers so much as that she conducted talk show in favor of muzzling the blogs.

Govt move to muzzle the blogs is an ill-advised move which reflects badly on it.We need power of internet to bring on the truth in an age where media itself is bought off for money for publishing interested groups news.

This will just get you into trouble if you write a defamatory blog on someone, and he/she takes you to the courts. It just extends the court's jurisdiction to the content-creator, regardless of where the content is stored.

That said, please don't go "Ima gon sue youz" on other DFI members. This is a privately owned forum, and your content (threads started, posts, blogs) can merely be deleted by the appropriate staff member.
