At 34 pages it is very impressive. I intend to save it and read it later. Liked the narrative style of the Captain, he could have a lucrative literary career.

The Captain had quite an extensive and sometimes controversial career.

Wow he is currently a Major General. Quite impressive what CNN had to write about the General

one colonel recognized as a rising star and creative thinker -- Major General H.R. McMaster, the author of 1997 book "Dereliction of Duty," considered the seminal work on military's responsibility during Vietnam to confront their civilian bosses when strategy was not working.
Found the e-book on Amazon and have just got it on my Kindle. Will be reading it over the weekend.
