The big picture here is China's preparing for the after effects of it's invasion of Taiwan. They've already created local canteens which are like your big departmental stores which are supposed to stock everything from food stuff to personal care stuff etc that a family may need for its day to day activities.

They're in the process of getting their domestic supply chain in place now . They're expected to complete these & other such activities by 2028. Hence any time after 2028 , we can expect them to initiate the war across the LAC or in Taiwan. You may add a buffer of a yr or 2 to it .
