Any Canadian who supports his nation will support the Gov't.
What is constitutional is determined by the Judicial branch not individual citizens. Three parts of Gov't making up the Crown. One guy isn't the Gov't. He is just the face and voice of a part. A part supported by other parts.
The citizenry who wants to affect gov't either votes, runs for election or enters law aiming for judicial branch. Of course media also tries to manipulate the views of the population.

That is democracy.

Does the democracy as you define permit the leader of Canada to be critical of a country far away like Trudeau critical of India during the Farmers agitation? If not then India and and all the people there have every right to make fun of Trudeau during Truckers agitation. Lucky for him PM of India has not said a word about it.

The order from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) began circulating on social media early on Wednesday, with the local media saying that its authenticity has been confirmed. Several major Canadian crypto exchanges also acknowledged receiving the relevant guidance and the list from law enforcement.

A total of 34 electronic wallets have been blacklisted, including 29 Bitcoin addresses, and several addresses in other crypto currencies like Ethereum, Litecoin, and others.
