I'm wondering if the re-emergence of tussle between devatas and danavas is actually referring to India and Iran. Zoroastrians and followers of old Iranian religion (a direct sister religion of Vedic Hinduism) worshipped Ahura and detested Daevas while Hindus worshipped (and still worship) Devas while detesting the Ahura. With how the situation is developing in West Asia with Iranian proxies and Iran continuing to become closer to China, I wonder if it's possible that something is going to happen that will reignite the Indo-Iranian rivalry.
